Polish Wine Fest is Ireland’s gateway to the emerging world of Polish wines — a celebration of bold winemakers, cool-climate vineyards, and rich Central European heritage. Our mission is to connect adventurous wine lovers with a new tasting frontier, curating unique experiences and building a vibrant community around one of Europe’s most exciting wine stories.
We invite wine lovers to explore wines beyond 50° North — a latitude traditionally seen as too cold for quality winemaking. But that’s changing. Venturing beyond 50° North means discovering bold new terroirs, emerging vineyards, and exciting cool-climate wines that defy expectations.
