A lively and elegant sparkling wine made from 100% Seyval Blanc and crafted using the traditional method. Aged for over 15 months on its lees, it combines bright fruit character with subtle complexity and a fine, persistent mousse. Fresh aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white blossom are complemented by delicate notes of brioche and toasted pastry from extended lees ageing.
