An elegant and well-structured Chardonnay with a pale golden hue, fresh acidity, and a mineral character. The aroma is dominated by apples, citrus, white flowers, and a subtle herbal note. The wine was aged on lees in concrete vessels, which gave it a creamy texture and depth. On the palate, it’s harmonious, fresh, with a long, clean finish.
