A precise and mineral sparkling wine made from 100% Seyval Blanc and crafted using the traditional method. Aged for over 15 months on its lees and bottled with zero dosage, it offers aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers, alongside subtle notes of fresh bread and crushed stone. Bone dry and vibrant, with bright acidity, a fine mousse and a long, clean, saline finish, it beautifully showcases the purity of the fruit and is exceptionally food-friendly.
