Dom Jantoń

Beata Jantoń crafts wines that reflect the elegance of her Polish vineyard. She studied enology in Bordeaux and trained in France, Spain, and England. Also a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she blends wine and culinary artistry. Today, she leads Dom Jantoń, creating refined sparkling wines and expressive still wines with passion and precision.
