 Dry, light and soft, with sweet aromatics, low tannins, and medium acidity.Alcohol: 12%

 Total Acidity: 6.4 g/l
 Grape: Pinot NoirVinification 
 Hand-harvested with fruit selection. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasted 10 days on the skins. Underwent malolactic fermentation. Aged for 14 months in used, medium-toasted French oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.AROMAS AND FLAVOURS

 Hand-harvested with fruit selection, cold maceration - 24 hours, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, aging in stainless steel tank - 6 months, in 225l barrel - 18 months, no fining agents used, unfiltered.AROMAS AND FLAVOURS 
 Apple, tangerine, lemon, white flowers, yeasty bread, oak, resin, coconut.FOOD PAIRING 
 Moussaka, potato gratin, Caesar salad, supreme chicken, pasta in white sauce, roasted salmon, mushroom dishes.
