Founded by Nestor Kościański in 2015, blends craftsmanship with modernist aesthetics to produce expressive wines. Rooted in the Trzebnica Hills of Lower Silesia, the vineyard reflects Nestor’s rational approach, passion and dedication to minimal intervention - in a portfolio that’s both classic and innovative.

Pinot Noir

  • 2022 Pinot Noir

    STYLE
    Dry, light and soft, with sweet aromatics, low tannins, and medium acidity.

    Alcohol: 12%
    Residual Sugar: 0.1 g/l
    Total Acidity: 6.4 g/l
    Grape: Pinot Noir

    Vinification
    Hand-harvested with fruit selection. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasted 10 days on the skins. Underwent malolactic fermentation. Aged for 14 months in used, medium-toasted French oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.

    AROMAS AND FLAVOURS
    Strawberry, wild strawberry, cherry jam, clove, cedar.

    TERROIR
    Trzebnica Hills, 185-200m above sea level, south-southwest exposure, loess soil, 1250 vines.

    FOOD PAIRING
    Duck with cranberries, goose, minced pork cutlets with beetroot, chickpea curry, mushrooms, tuna.
