Pinot Blanc

  • A wine of pure and varietal character, straw in colour. Distinct aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers and herbs (lemon balm).

Aromas of ripe, sweet lemon lend juiciness. In the mouth, a pronounced minerality captures the character of the vineyard's limestone soils.

The wine leaves an impression of crisp apple crispness, mirabelle sweetness and soaring acidity, rounded off by long ageing on the lees.

Gewürztraminer

  • An aromatic yet elegant wine, with a bright lemon colour. The nose is dominated by notes of red orange and juicy peach, which are delicately intertwined with touches of sage and fresh citrus.

A subtle aroma of rose adds complexity, although it does not overwhelm the composition of the wine.

On the palate, the wine presents itself fresh and crisp, with minerality that adds structure and depth.

Flavours of citrus fruit and peach are perfectly balanced with herbal sage tones.

Maturation in steel tanks allowed the wine to retain its crispness. In the mouth it is well structured, creamy and mineral. The high acidity blends coherently with the sweet aromas coming from grapes affected by noble rot (around 20%). Very long - it leaves a feeling of a full, juicy and fruity finish.
