A small-batch sparkler with an adventurous spirit. It bursts with bright notes of strawberry, cherry, red currant, and orange, showcasing a fresh and lightly wild character. Made from Rondo, Regent, and Cabernet Cortis, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and ages on the lees, giving it a playful texture and vibrant lift. Dry, zesty, and wonderfully unpolished, it’s the perfect companion for oysters.
On label: A playful mix of “prosecco” and “pies” (pl. dog). The label depicts three winery dogs: Mori, Rysiek and Balbinka.
